How do I restore a purchase?

Open Clearkeep and choose Restore Purchases. Use the iPhone that is signed in with the Apple ID you used to buy Clearkeep Pro. The purchase is tied to that Apple ID. There is no Plainkeel account to sign in to.

If the purchase still does not show up, email [email protected]. Say whether it was a subscription or a lifetime purchase, and about when you bought it. Apple holds the receipt. Plainkeel cannot look up a purchase from your name alone.

Never send your Apple ID password. Plainkeel does not need it, and a real support reply will not ask for it.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Apple bills the subscription. Clearkeep Pro renews monthly or yearly until you cancel. On your iPhone: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Open Settings, tap your name at the top (your Apple ID), then tap Subscriptions.

Choose Clearkeep Pro to review it or cancel it. Canceling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

A lifetime purchase is paid once. It does not renew, so it is not an ongoing subscription.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds go through Apple, not through Plainkeel. Open reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID you used to buy, and submit the request for that purchase. Apple reviews the request and decides the outcome.

I deleted photos or videos. How do I get them back?

When you delete photos or videos in Clearkeep, iOS moves them to Recently Deleted in the Photos app. They are not erased immediately. iOS currently keeps them there for 30 days.

  1. Open the Photos app.
  2. Open Albums, then Recently Deleted. On newer iOS versions it is listed under Utilities.
  3. Select the items and tap Recover.

After 30 days, iOS removes those items permanently. Clearkeep cannot bring them back after that. If you delete an item from inside Recently Deleted, iOS removes it permanently.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. Clearkeep reviews photos on your iPhone. They are not uploaded to Plainkeel. The privacy policy describes this in full.

Do I need an account?

No. Clearkeep does not have a Plainkeel login. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID.
